Oct 27, Red plaid for Christmas is one of my favorites, so when I first saw the “Trim the Tree” designer series paper stack in the Holiday catalog, it went at the top of my list. At just, the stack is an excellent value.

Tuesday Tip! Alter your Designer Series Paper if the colour isn’t a good fit. I die cut the tree branches from the paper on the right and felt there was too much “white” so I added some ink with my finger daubers.

Next time around I will use my blending brushes to colour before I die cut! Check out the finished card that was posted yesterday. Jun 24, I stamped the sentiment from the Free as a Bird cling stamp set in Bumblebee ink in the lower corner of a Basic White panel.

I trimmed the bottom of the panel with the tree line paper from Beauty of the Earth designer series paper pack and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.
